MEDITERRANEAN BUDDHA BOWL + TAHINI DRESSING

Nothing quite like a bowl of six of your very favorite foods-spinach, sweet potato, avocado, apple, broccoli, and greek meatballs-all topped with a homemade tahini dressing. This tahini dressing has a touch of garlic but a zing of lemon to make the perfect contrast. The recipe for these greek meatballs is found here and you can find the tahini dressing recipe below. LEMON GARLIC TAHINI DRESSING

1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice + zest
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

To prepare, simply mix all the ingredients above together!

Really, there is no way to go wrong. Throw in whatever!
