PEACH CAPRESE CHICKEN

I am a peach lover, and I’m always looking for new ways to use peaches. This grilled chicken, topped with mozzarella cheese and grilled peaches, makes for a flavorful, delicious, and healthy dinner.

BAKED ARTICHOKE CHICKEN

This low carb artichoke chicken piccata is healthy, delicious, and flavorful. The strong lemon flavor is clean and fresh-tasting. A perfectly balanced meal when served over brown rice. Also delicious with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.

This lemon garlic tahini dressing has a touch of cilantro and is perfect on just about anything-buddha bowls, salads, dipping sauce, you name it!
